The sections below correspond to the sections in the "ARTICLES" tab on the menu above.

GENERAL HELP

Since most couples need a solid foundation, we usually start by providing GENERAL HELP. This includes basics like understanding an ASD or ADHD diagnosis, how to hold a family meeting, the effort it takes to get resources, and navigating the school system.

PARENTING YOUR CHILD

As parenting can be such a consuming challenge, we help with understanding motivation strategies and how to use structure as a tool. We discuss the digital world including devices and apps. And, of course, we want to address the importance of caring for your neurotypical child or children who may feel fogotten.

COUPLE'S RELATIONSHIP

Your parenting will only be as strong as your relationship with your partner. We discuss understanding your parenting styles, different parenting roles, and how to unify your parenting approach. We also address healing ruptures, parental self-care, and having a parental support network.

SINGLES

Please know that we love engaging with SINGLE PARENTS who deserve some extra care and support. Singles must also have a parenting plan, a support team, and strategies for successful co-parenting.

NEURODIVERSE PARENTS

Our efforts with NEURODIVERSE PARENTS begins by helping them identify and lessen the counter-productive patterns (mostly based on misunderstanding) that have developed during their relationship. By doing so, they can learn to accept each other's differences and become the exceptional parents that they long to be.

CHILDREN

After we have built a solid foundation with the parent(s), we extend our work to CHILDREN who are neurodiverse or neurotypical and who are 12 and older. Each child would have his or her own therapist with a the treatment plan that is integrated with the work we do with the parents.

VIRTUAL

Since many parents live in areas underserved by neurodiverse parenting specialists, we provide VIRTUAL parenting therapy and/or coaching so you can have access to the help you need no matter where you live.
