A Balanced Life
Compulsive behavior tends to take over a life and squeeze everything else out, until the days revolve around it. Recovery is partly about rebuilding a full, balanced life - one where the behavior simply doesn't have room because the important areas are all getting tended. This worksheet helps you see which parts of your life have gone neglected and start filling them back in.
A full life crowds the behavior out: You can't sustain recovery in an empty life - the vacuum pulls you back. A balanced, full life isn't a luxury on top of recovery; it is recovery.

Build the life, and recovery follows: Every area you bring back to life is one more thing anchoring you and one less empty space for the behavior to fill. You're not just stopping something - you're building a life worth protecting.
